Many of our team are long-standing and our staff turnover is next to nil so you can see and talk to the same people all the time and we know what is happening.

NORTH SHORE TEAM CELEBRATES SECOND
WIN AT INDUSTRY AWARDS
Queensland’s finest Strata Management talent were in the spotlight at the 2022 Strata Community Association (QLD) Awards for Excellence held at The Star Gold Coast on March 9, 2022.
Winning the coveted Medium Strata Community Management Award of the Year for 2022 was one of Sunshine Coasts most well-established and highly recognised companies, North Shore Strata Management.
This is after taking out the Small Business of the Year award in 2019. The Company has just grown from strength to strength, thanks to the amazing team at North Shore and the leadership given by Cathy Pashley.
In accepting the business award on behalf of the North Shore team, Cathy Pashley thanked her team and the guidance and mentorship of Macquarie Bank relationship Manager, Angela Fleming.
“Winning the Award for Excellence for a second time, but in a larger category, is recognition for the Team’s effort, commitment and dedication for the work we do each day in striving to be the best in the industry,” said Principal of North Shore Strata, Cathy Pashley.
“Having gone through the selection process and reaching the finals was a real thrill but ultimately winning in a field of worthy finalists is a huge reward and validation that we’re getting it right. I’m so very proud of everyone in the North Shore Strata Team for their efforts. This award belongs to all of them.”
